We’re calling this commitment THE WORK of EVERYTHING.
THE WORK of EVERYTHING is how we bring alignment and care to our work. It’s our way of naming something we’ve always believed: that transformative, justice-centered work happens when we intentionally build power through trust, connection, co-creation, and reflection. Inside our organization. And outside of it.
This work takes shape in two connected ways, grounded in our mission:
1. Walking alongside neighbors in historically marginalized communities as they realize their vision for their neighborhoods
→ On-the-ground, hyper-local, community-led engagement on the Southside of Richmond, VA
2. Supporting institutions as they work to respond more effectively and justly
→ Community-Led Engagement Consulting + Organizational Justice Training
